Credit Immobilier (Property Loan)
A property loan is a loan granted to BICIM customers and prospective customers to finance their construction, acquisition or renovation projects for residential property (including the purchase of land).
Property loans are generally backed by a mortgage.
Repayment is made by monthly deductions from the customer’s CAV, in accordance with pre-agreed terms and conditions.
It is compulsory to take out death insurance to cover at least 100% of the capital borrowed.

Eligibility
Any person who holds an Ordinary Current Account with BICIM.
Credit amount
Depending on your project, your personal contribution and your repayment capacity, your advisor will determine the amount of the loan and the monthly repayments.
Repayment period
Your repayment period varies according to the type of loan you take out and your ability to repay. The maximum repayment period is 15 years.
Rate of interest
The interest rate is discussed with your advisor.
Availability
The funds will be released as soon as your application has been approved by the bank or insurer and the notarial deeds have been signed.
Refund
As soon as the loan is set up, each month you will repay part of the capital and part of the interest.
Early Refund
Whether partial or total, all you have to do is send a request to your advisor, specifying the date of repayment and the amount (if partial).
Reschedule the refund
All you need to do is send your adviser a copy of the credit agreement you wish to renegotiate, specify the term and complete the amendment form that sets out the changes to the terms and conditions of the contract.
