A banking professional with 24 years’ experience, Sayouba OUEDRAOGO holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technique of Business Management from the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale-France and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Fondation Universitaire Mercure-Belgique.
With a wealth of professional experience, he began his career in 1999 as Assistant Financial Controller at Ecobank Burkina.
Mr. OUEDRAOGO made his mark at Banque Atlantique Burkina Faso as Chief Accountant, Interim Head of Internal Audit and Head of Permanent Control, before joining Banque Atlantique Cameroun as Finance and Accounting Director. In March 2020, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager of the same subsidiary.
His main duties cover a wide range of responsibilities, from financial and accounting management to representing the bank in dealings with institutional bodies.
Mr OUEDRAOGO now takes the reins of AFG Bank Mali as Managing Director.

A graduate of CESAG, with a master’s degree in Banking and Finance (banking management and risk control option) and a master’s degree in Finance from FSEG- SFAX, Mr Seydou COULIBALY lias some twenty years’ experience, mainly as a customer adviser and Head of the Large Business Department at Banque Atlantique Mali.
At ECOBANK Mali, lie successively lield the positions of Head of Corporate Banking Services and Commercial Director. From April 2022, he will be Deputy Managing Director of BICIM’s Opérations Division.

An econometrician by training at National School of Administration (ENA) in Mali, Ms DEH Assa holds a master’s degree and also graduated from the Institut Technique de Banque (ITB) at the Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire (CFPB) in Paris in September 2004.
She began lier career at BICIM in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant (CFA), then Head of the General Resources Department. She was then appointed Internai Auditor, Opérations Manager and Western Union Champion.
During lier extensive career, she lias held the positions of Director of the Compliance Department and General Secretaiy.
From May 2021 to date, she lias been Deputy Managing Director in charge of administrative support.

A graduate of the Management Institute (IUG) and the Institute of Political Science, International Relations and Communication. (ISPRIC), Mr Mamadou Kolo KOUYATE holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication.
He lias 22 years’ experience in the banking sector and has held the positions of Head of General Administration and Electronic Banking at BICIM, Head of Purchasing and General Resources and Head of the Purchasing and General Resources Department.
Mr Mamadou Kolo KOUYATE has been Director of Human Resources since November 2017.

Ms DRAVE Astan trained as a computer engineer at the Institut of Computer Science of enterprise (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) and joined BICIM in 1999 as IT manager.
She began lier career as a trainer at the Centre d’Etude et de Formation en Informatique et Bureautique (CEFIB) in Bamako and lias over 24 years’ experience.
She holds a Professional Diploma from the Technical Institute of Banking (ITB) and a University Diploma in Computer Science from the University Institute of Technology in Toulouse, France. From 2015 to 2021, she held the position of Global Head of Security, Quality and CSR.
She was then appointed IT Director from 2021 to 2022 and is currently Global Security Director at BICIM.

With more than 24 years’ experience in the banking sector, Mr Sara TOGOLA holds a DUT in finance and accounting from the School of Advanced Practical Studies in Bamako (EHEP), a professional banking diploma, a higher business studies diploma and an engineering diploma. (ANPE) and a professional banking diploma from the Technical Institute of Banking (ITB).
He joined BICIM as an officer in the Commitment Secrétariat and successively held the positions of Commitment Secrétariat Manager, Banking Organisation Manager, Human Resources, General Resources and Electronic Banking Manager, International Trade Department Manager and Customer Flow Manager.
Previously Head of Opérations, Mr TOGOLA is currently Head of Compliance.

A graduate of the Technical Institute of Banking (ITB) and with a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Ecole Nationale dAdministration du Mali, Mr Ousmane SOW joined BICIM in 1998.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the banking sector, he was previously Head of Accounting and Treasury from 2002 to 2011.
He also represented Mali’s banking sector at the validation of the revised UMOA banking chart of accounts in 2017 at BCEAO headquarters.

Mr Ousmane Timbo graduated from the Technical Institute of Banking (ITB) as a Banking Activity Manager and holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Analysis and Economie Policy.
He has 16 years’ experience in the banking sector and has been Director of Treasuiy at BICIM since October 2021 .Mr Timbo worked for BNP Paribas as Deputy Head of Customer Service and Head of Central Cashier in 2008.
He then became Head of Customer Service in August 2013, then Head of Operational Risk Management in March 2015 before being appointed Head of Compliance Control and Risk Management in May 2018.

Madina Diarra lias more than 16 years’ experience and holds a Master’s degree in Finance Management from the Sup ‘Management of Morocco. She joined BICIM in June 2007 as a Crédit Risk Analyst.
In the course of lier career, she held the position of Corporate Account Manager for 6 years and subsequently the position of Crédit Décision Maker.
Since December 2020, she lias been Director of Commitments at BICIM.

Mr Lassine DRAVE holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the National School of Administration in Bamako.
He lias 23 years’ experience in the banking sector.He joined BICIM as a Professional Account Manager, and subsequently held the position of Business Account Manager and then Branch Manager.
He was later appointed Head of SME-SMI Kiosks and Head of Large Corporate Kiosks before becoming Deputy Corporate Director.

A graduate of the National School of Administration in Mali and holder of a Master’s degree in Private Law, Mr Abdoulaye TRAORE lias 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the banking sector.
He began his career as a senior clerk and administrator in a law fïrm, and later became a légal assistant at ECOBANK Mali.
Since December 2021, Mr TRAORE lias been protecting and defending BICIM’s légal interests as Director.

With a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the ESIG group (Université des Métiers) in DAKAR and a diploma from the Technical Institute of Banking (ITB) in Paris, Mr BENGELOUNE has 12 years’ experience in banking.
He joined BICIM as Head of Risk Monitoring in 2011, and was appointed Head of Risk Control and Monitoring in 2012 and Audit Director, before joining the Commercial Department for Individual and Professional Customers as Director in 2022.

Ms Konate Safiatou Bamba holds a Master’s degree in Economies and Management from the Faculty of Légal and Economie Sciences of Mali (FSGP) and from the ITB (Technical Institute of Banking).
She has more than 15 years’ experience in the banking sector. Previously Compliance Officer and Head of Operational Risk Management (CMRO), she held the position of Head of Crédit Risk Monitoring and Control (RCSR).
Since August 2009, she has been Head of Risk Management and Permanent Control.

Ms Bintou DIABATE holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University Of Connecticut (USA) and a Master’s degree from Université Paris XIII (France).

She has 22 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 11 years with BNP Paribas Paris as Project Manager in the Corporate, Retail and Group Finance departments.

She spent several years as Director of Organisation and IT at BICIGUI (BNP Paribas Guinea Conakry) before joining BICIM as Director of Organisation and Transformation. Since July 2023, she has been the new Director of Marketing, Communication and Customer Experience.

Ms N’DIAYE Ramata Ba lias nearly 19 years’ experience in the banking sector. She is a graduate of the Paris Business School, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

She began lier career as a Corporate Account Manager, before being appointed Assistant Sales Manager for Individual and Professional customers.

During lier career, Ms N’DIAYE has held the positions of Crédit Décision Maker and Sales Director for individual and professional customers.

Since February 2022, she has been Director of Purchasing/General Resources and Quality at BICIM.

Mr Hamzata AG HAMID has 23 years’ experience. He holds a DUTS in Finance and Accounting and an MSTCF from the IUG (Institut Universitaire de Gestion de Bamako).

He has held the positions of Domestic Opérations Officer, Réconciliation and Reporting Officer (Accounting Department) and Administrative Unit Manager (Domestic Opérations).

He was subsequently appointed Head of the Credit Production Division, then Branch Manager before being appointed Commercial Support Opérations Manager. Mr Hamid was appointed Director of Opérations in August 2018.

Mr. Amadoun BARRY holds a degree in Finance-Accounting from the Casablancas Higher Institut of Business Administration (ISCAE).

 He has 12 years’ experience with BOA Mali. Mr. Barry has proved expertise in strategic management, financial diagnostics and performance management, particularly in the banking sector.

Most recently head of the institutional market and elite customer at BOA Mali, Mr. Barry has held the position of commercial director for corporate and institutional customer at BICIM since August 2023.
