Overview
Ms Bintou DIABATE holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University Of Connecticut (USA) and a Master’s degree from Université Paris XIII (France).
She has 22 years’ experience in the banking sector, including 11 years with BNP Paribas Paris as Project Manager in the Corporate, Retail and Group Finance departments.
She spent several years as Director of Organisation and IT at BICIGUI (BNP Paribas Guinea Conakry) before joining BICIM as Director of Organisation and Transformation. Since July 2023, she has been the new Director of Marketing, Communication and Customer Experience.
