Nature
- Non-interest-bearing current account with a bank card or cheque book
- Joint account possible
Eligibility
- Any natural person of full age or a minor with the authorisation of their legal guardian (BICIM conditions)
- An incapacitated adult who is duly represented.
Use
- Withdrawals can be made in branches or by credit card at ATMs, provided you have a credit account (unless otherwise authorised),
- Transfers and direct debits: payment of bills, etc,
- Funds in CFA francs only, with no minimum payment required,
- Provision of a cheque book.
How to subscribe
- A valid identity document (national identity card or NINA card or passport).
- Two passport photos
- A water, electricity or telephone bill less than 3 months old (original and photocopy) OR a certificate of employment/employment contract for private-sector employees OR a certificate of employment for civil servants.
